Seems a shame that someone with a restored vintage Airstream wouldn’t be welcome. The area look beautiful; groceries , doctors and vets for pets nearby, I hope.

I’m sure it’s a liability issue. But you never know — maybe they would make exceptions depending on the quality of the renovations 🙂

      Hudson,

You might want to contact them anyway and present your restored Airstream, they are brand new and forming all the rules. I know they are going to have another phase that allows rentals and camping. Would not hurt to ask. Call Kevin.

We need more and more of such communities for full time RVers, THOWs, and others who want to live in small homes that typically are illegal in many cities. I love this!

Fantastic! Ability to own fantastic, and one acre enough for two houses.

THOW on a 5-acre lot? I guess that’s perfect for someone who wants to raise ponies or something.

(j/k; I just thought the idea of a tiny house on a gargantuan lot funny.)

I leased a lot at Vintage Grace and then was told I was not welcome the next day. I was finally told large dogs were not welcome there, even though they knew the day before I had a Dane…..was a two day drive for this very senior citizen. One of the ads today on tiny houses had a Great Dane in its pictures. Perhaps Vinyage Grace Homes should heed the trend of Gentle Giants.

This sounds wonderful. Do the owners have a website set up specifically for this community or do you have to call them directly? I am not in a position to buy now and don’t want to bug the owners, but would love to keep up with this community.

sounds good to have a gated community with elec. ,etc. I would like to get updates. When will it be open? can I rent or sell half of my lot to another tiny house owner? Please keep me updated. Thank you.

It’s a beautiful place for a TH community. It looks very peaceful. I also like that you can buy the land. I’m just wondering how much it would cost for the well and septic system.

I have a beautiful “tiny home” that I will be putting up for sale in the very near future. It is available now, but I have not advertised or listed it. This one has a large screened in porch, cathedral/valted ceiling in the living/dining area and the master bedroom (on the main level). The bedroom has a queen sized bed with 2 small closet and 10 drawers for storage. This home has a 30″ range with ceramic top and self-cleaning oven (oven has never been turned on and only one of the range eyes has been used approximately 6-7 times), washer/dryer has never been used. I even had this one designed with a dishwasher (but it also has never been turned on), the kitchen also has an 18 1/2 cu ft refrigerator with icemaker. This home has large decks and all decking goes with this home. It is located less than 2 miles off of I-40 in Jefferson County, TN. It should be easy to move the short distance to this community at Thorn Hill, TN I don’t know how to post pictures to this site.

Does anybody know if there is HOA fees if you buy one of these lots or any other kind of fees? Seems like there has to be a catch somewhere to fund a community center and a pavilion.

Does this place even exist? It seems every link I find is non existent. Has it folded or simply been finished and unavailable.
