I really like the concept of the community but wish there could still be individuality in the homes – tired of the cookie cutter homes in subdivisions of the recent past – everyone doesn’t love the industrial/wood look.

I wish that they could make some tiny homes that low income seniors could afford.
Say in the $50,000 price range. Then again. We can purchase $30,000 to $100000 dollar homes on a river where I currently live, they are nice cottage, too. However, it is getting just too cold to live in Mid Michigan and I am 67 and getting tired of shoveling the heavy snow. I don’t mind the light fluffy type. But, sometimes we get the heavy wet stuff along with the ice and that is too much.

Just too expensive. What happened to the idea of affordable tiny home living?

I’m sorry, but $250k for a glorified tiny home in Bend, OR is a joke. There are tons of park model homes with much better designs and layouts. To pay $250k and not be able to stand up in my loft bedroom is way out of reason.

The price is too outrageous …250K???… Come on…I agree with the comment before me that this is too expensive & all the homes are basically the same…No individuality to them at all…Sure you get land & hook ups to the utilities but that doesn’t even come close to making this an affordable home..Way too expensive…Plus if I’m going to drop 250K for a home I’m going to be able to stand up in my bedroom…Ridiculous

Yes you guys are absolutely right the whole purpose of the Tiny House movement was affordability. Now it is totally pricing out the ones it was intended for. Don’t need all the luxury just a simple home with affordable price. And I don’t mean trashy just a nice simple home. The buyer can make something simple, gorgeous with their touch here and there
