Very nice. I was wondering the size of the house? 12×20 or 24? Thanks!

Well, this is too cute! I wonder about the creek, though. Flood plain?

My thoughts exactly upon glancing at pic #10. Could be wrong, but seems a bit low iff’n a spring thaw barrels thru that creek. The cabin appears to be maybe 4′ +/- above the creek, as shown. Heck, I don’t ever have snow to deal with and my creek widens from 15′ to 300′ every year from late August til November just from the summer rains. And as Michael brings up, this set-up could get a mite chilly come January.

That said, I agree with the beauty of this place. This cabin looks very livable to me. Love the Deer Gulch moniker. Ohio has some spectacular bucks.

perfect size for me. Don’t know if I want their cold winters but the size of property and house is perfect. House is very cute.

I can see this for a three season home… then some place else warmer for winter. Very cute place and a decent price considering the acreage. That part of Ohio is beautiful.

With eleven acres I could have a nice railroad on it. I am a model railroader for ride on trains.

Very cute. But it looks like a flood plain or marsh to me. And can anyone tell what that is in the shower? An animal?
