Is there an indoor bathroom? I don’t see in the pics and there are a few out buildings around. I think it’s cute, but not for me.
In the picture with the red stove, there’s a door to the right of the stove. There’s what looks like a small room there, under the loft. If there’s a bathroom indoors, it’d probably be there. Also, the Estately listing says it’s got 1 indoor bath.
Estately says it has a bath, but no pix. Yikes! a small, basically unfinished cabin with primitive “kitchen” on less than a quarter acre for $75K?!?!? And you can’t get rid of property at giveaway prices here in Arkansas. SMH.
Don’t forget, it’s near a gold mine ;-p
Wonder how many people never bother checking where the property lines ends before bidding on the property?
But seriously, people might like it for a vacation spot for easy access to the rest of the area… listed activities in the area include hike trails, hunt, fish, ski or snowmobile… But it’s definitely a fixer upper if someone wants to live there full time…
