The house sits right next to a small creek .I recently had a new metal roof put on the cottage and also just completed a kitchen remodel with new windows, flooring, cabinets and countertops. . I pay for a housekeeper but do not charge guests .I am pet friendly.

It’s a cute little place, it’s a shame that nobody lives there

Sorry… just really not impressed with the exterior architectural design of the cabin in the woods. But the interior was worse. I’d be terribly disappointed if rented sight unseen.

I never thought this site was for the commercial for AirBnB.

Tiny houses and where to site them as well as problems and solutions for the Tiny House Community

    My opinion Dave

Talk covers everything from ideas to applications, what people use them for, etc. The point is to generate discussion and get people thinking…

Besides, finding ways for people to benefit from tiny houses are among the solutions people are seeking… While finding ways for people who may not want to live in Tiny Houses themselves to also benefit helps reduce resistance to allowing tiny houses everywhere…

Big picture there’s a lot more to this than just getting a home and finding a place to put it for everyone and really make lasting changes to the system…

Looks like it might be very cold

Things I love: wood plank flooring, wood cabinets in the kitchen, the small upper window in the bedroom which allows light in but doesn’t flood the sleeping area with sunlight.

Things I don’t like: the high ceiling on the main floor. Scaffolding would probably be required to make any repairs to the ceiling or to add say a ceiling fan.

It should say Blowing Rock, not Bowling Rock

Ok, Its just a nice place. No need to downgrade it. Its in NC. Not CA. Every place is different.
This is a nice place. Many would be glad to live here if they could afford it. Yes, I can. After this virus thing calms down. Maybe I could go there. Just think, it has a bathroom where the bedroom is on same floor. It could give someone a few ideas about their own place, Tiny homes. The idea for me was to help others by introducing them to Tiny homes. How to make it their fit. Its in a forest area. Real .
