Tiny Backyard Retreat with Loft

This is a tiny backyard retreat with a loft designed by Board & Vellum and built by Proform Construction Seattle.

It’s under 200 SF, but features a mini sunroom, a window seat surrounded by built in bookshelves, a sleeping loft, and a bathroom complete with a shower.

How would you like a tiny home similar this? Isn’t it awesome?

Quite cool… apart from, for me, the textured ceiling. My eyes went flipping haywire on that pattern. Had to go drink a whole bottle of vodka to calm the eyes down again.

Eric! No!! the ceiling is one of the best things, apart from the windows! and … no kitchen, lol! I don’t even want a kitchen unless there’s a man in it cooking for me, lol! I freaking LOVE LOVE LOVE this.
