Timbercraft Tiny Homes Rustic Denali XL Model

This post contains affiliate links.

Just a few days ago we showed you a 10×41 Denali by Timbercraft Tiny Homes — and here’s a Rustic Denali! Just like the other one, this one has a bedroom over the fifth wheel so you don’t have to climb a ladder to get to bed. But this one also has a secondary loft bedroom for guests, kids, or even storage.

The kitchen and living area are still large and spacious, and you get a full bathroom and room for a washer/dryer combo.

To get a better feel for the layout, there’s a video tour at the end of another Denali XL — the finishes are different, but the layout is similar! Timbercraft says this is their most popular model, and I can see why.

I love the rustic clapboards on this tiny! And of course the French doors.

The little metal roofing awning here is just adorable.

Here’s the view from the loft bedroom.

Love that the kitchen even has a dishwasher! Would definitely need that.

Here are the steps leading to the bedroom. The bathroom is off to the left.

Here’s the view from the living room. The home has mini-splits for heating and cooling.

Such a beautiful faucet and butcher block counter tops.

Their site says the homes cost between $50-150k. I’m going to guess around $100K but you’d have to contact them for a quote.

Nice but for the money you can build a permanent home in the Ozarks. Really.

Really liked the Denali XL in the video so checked out the website for pricing. Couldn’t find any specifics so sent an email telling them I watched their video on the Denali XL model and would like to know the price for a model finished just like that one. Their response was as detailed as their website: “The Denali XL starts at $125k.“ Guess I’ll go elsewhere.

It gives a good starting point. Because the homes are usually outfitted to the customer’s needs and desires, it can be hard to give an exact quote. Something as simple as tile can be drastically different in price.

Great house, as usual for this company. A closet would sure be nice, I guess but it’s close to perfect.
My question is what is the little door/drawer almost at floor level in the shot from the living room that shows the side of the bar where the stools would go? The little door for accessing the back of the kitchen cupboard is something I’ve always liked, but now I want to know about the little door under it; if that’s a drawer, what is it for?

The bedroom for this model usually has a walk-in closet, storage under the bed, and bedside tables. If the space above the bathroom isn’t needed for another loft, it will be part of the walk in closet for additional storage space… While a loft above the living room is an option and that can be either for storage or another sleeping area as well…

The kitchen cabinets are all custom. So depends what the owner wanted and whether they needed access to something. Cabinets can contain water heater, garbage disposal unit, maintenance panel access, or just storage…

I think this house it’s perfect for me, beautifully made and with attention to detail. The one thing I would change is the gas stove, I do not want propane gas anywhere in my home but that’s would be all.
