This is the Tiffany Model from A New Beginning Tiny Homes.

I absolutely love this home because of how much character it exudes! The stained glass windows and lighting fixtures, the beautiful woodworking on the railings, and just the overall craftsmanship of this home are to die for. Also, like many of the more recent builds I’ve seen, it includes the white walls and dark wood combo that I think is really flattering to tiny spaces.

Enjoy the pictures and then take the video tour on the last page with Small Town Throwdowns.

Tiffany Model from A New Beginning Tiny Homes

Classy sky-blue exterior that mixes shingles and clapboards.

Looking from the front door. Railings on the stairs!

Those ottomans fit under the couch!

Tiny corner kitchen with a great sink and larger appliances.

Bathroom door and the laundry area.

Great storage in the stairs. Always a “must” in a tiny home.

That loft has amazing headroom and plenty of light.

Looking down from the loft, there’s a second one across the way.

Huge bathroom with a beautiful bowl sink.

The tile in that shower is just stunning!

What!? A removable tub insert. How cool is that?

I really love this tiny house, I love everything about it , with exception of the toilet, but that is something that can be easily changed out…! I haven’t seen it’s price as of yet but I’m sure I won’t like it either… LoL….! Hay we can’t have everything we want in life or we would be as spoiled as some over indulged adult children….

Great house, lots of nice amenities. I love the curved ceilings for extra headroom in the lofts.

Yes it’s amazing what extra headroom can do 🙂

That soaking tub is amazing. I would love to know where to get such a thing??? What company makes it???

I am sure 1/2 of those in TH land would love to know. It would revolutionize the TH bath.

It would solve a lot of issues for us folks who ended up w/ a shower, but need a tub and it looks like it could fit a tiny bathroom. I can imagine that under the shower pan would need some reinforcing as not to fall through or have the floor of the trailer give out when the thing is full of water, so I’ve been told and gave up on the tub idea long ago due to the remodel cost and possible need for supports.

      Likely a moveable ladder 🙂

The ladder for 2nd loft is on the wall next to couch.

Awesome loft. I would give up a bathtub for a shower cause I want the room somewhere else and I would give up the large kitchen sink for a dual sink with one very small sink for washing and the larger sink for the dishes to dry in. Quite nice.

I love this arrangement with the kitchen as you walk in the door. This way you don’t have to schlep groceries all the way to the back of the house. You walk in the door and you’re there and can just drop your packages! This really takes on meaning come winter when you don’t have to track snow and slush the length of the house. Love the shower; gorgeous. Not a fan of the tub (only because at my age tubs are a pain (literally) to navigate. Love the bedroom in the main loft; beautiful. Love those built-in headboard cabinets (nice color, too). Looks so inviting and finished. LOVE the ottomans with the card table legs; genius!!! Love the pocket door for the bathroom. Love the storage staircase. I would prefer the w/d combo be up much higher. I’d take the cabinet above out, move the combo way up (eye level), and put in one or two drawers below the combo for laundry powders/liquids, sheet or liquid softeners, packages of packet bleach, etc. (This would also save my back from bending over all the time.) The only thing I’d really also be interested in is going off-grid with this house. All in all, a great build with a ton of amenities. Great job 😀

I never thought about the benefit for groceries, but you are so right! Way easier to have the kitchen right there 🙂

I’ve seen this tiny house before & read about it. I do believe the tub was custom built by the owner, out of a light weight wood. So its fairly easy to remove if needed. Myself, I’d shower or bathe right inside, either one. Just lift out to clean underneath. So many beautiful features in this house, tub, staircase, stained glass, love it!
