Well done. Other than a need for more kitchen space I could see myself living in this Tiny House. It’s really well laid out and has adequate storage. I started losing faith that I could retire in a Tiny Home but this one is doable.
I love this tiny house. It really does have a lot of storage and is well designed. It would be easy to put in a shower instead of a tub (I prefer a shower and an instant hot water heater. It’s sleek and modern.
This might be as close as it gets to my dream big TH. Yes I would make a few changes but I believe they would be fairly small overall. Am totally in love.
Wide as it is a DOT wide load permit with a front and rear vehicle with flashing warning lights would probably need to be obtained for each state traveled through however it sure offers a nice living area, so might be worth the hassles of
obtaining all those permits if permanent parking and not doing regular travel, well done.
Legal highway use without a permit is 102″ outside tire to outside tire, 13’6″ on height .I might add these considerations must be thought out well by individual builders most professional tinyhouse builders are aware of these regulations. So for you DIY people get the facts so to head off any problems ahead of time. I have built compact tinyhouses for fourteen yrs years before their popularity. Just tickles me they are and have taken off the way they have I mean this in a good way . My only concern is as big as they are these days and this is a real factor their weight. Not just any truck can pull these big boys. Tinyhouses are here to stay but I caution if your wanting to tow around yourself regularly know your tow vehicle and consider your home’s weight . A big difference if towing hilly country or the flat lands. Consider an aluminum trailer and aluminum framing ,I began building in wood early on and learned of the weight factor so we now base all our builds here at Woolywagons on aluminum trailers and aluminum welded framing married with spray foam insulation to create a monolithic tinyhouse and never looked back. Btw, this builder is up in QuĆ©bec Canada… Road legal limits are slightly different than what we deal with in the states but overall similar with similar permitting process… Though, if you’re both oversized AND overweight then you will be required to have two separate permits under Canadian rules.
Even though this is too modern for my taste, I really like the overall design. If it has to be hooked up, then I would put in a regular flush toilet and an on demand water heater. Other than that, it’s pretty close to perfect for me.

J’opterais pour une laveuse et une sĆ©cheuse mini mais sĆ©parĆ©es. De plus, j’aimerais cette petite maison sur une fondation en bĆ©ton, et j’ajouterais du rangement dans le plancher. Superbe maison. Excellent travail!
Nicely laid out
roof deck, not for me, don’t want the ladder. However for many it would be incredible especially if they have view. Prefer a shower to a tub. Really like the living room. Great lounging area.
