Their Super Cozy Skoolie Cottage w/ 2 Dogs

Jordan and Steve seem like a couple I would love hanging out with! They are incredibly-friendly backpackers who are enjoying life in their totally-off-grid skoolie rig with a raised roof.

I’ve never seen a bus conversion with the bathroom up front, but they make it work wonderfully by adding a full “fourth wall” to their bus between the cab and the living area. The rest of the bus is completely open, with a huge kitchen, stunning stone fireplace/woodstove and their bedroom.

Enjoy the video tour and interview with Tiny Home Tours below, and follow the couple on Instagram here.

The stone facade behind their wood-burning stove is stunning.

It really feels like a cabin on the inside.

Cozy bedroom with a nice large TV.

Another look at their awesome fireplace.

The couple survived the pandemic in a bus. Amazing.

Yeah, but think of the extra weight, and the extra fuel consumption.

This bus is so nice and homey. The solar panels and the fire burning stove are so cool. I also like the fact they have dogs!

I think their fireplace set up is one of my favorites.

Nice! Homey, warm, cozy. . .a wonderful and lovely home you have. It has some really great ideas for us to think about, like the fireplace set up which is beautiful. I like the way you did the bed area, too, kind of like a shepherd’s hut with the pull out table. I also like closing in the front and having an actual front door entry, and the lovely barn door to close on the other side of the bathroom is smart. The kitchen is wonderful and very practical as well as beautiful, and the way you do the gauze blinds in pretty clever. You guys did a lot of great work on this. Congrats!
