This is The Watermill, a renovated travel trailer created by Tiny Hamptons LLC. I really love this conversion because it looks like the company completely transformed the camper my family used to take vacations in!

The Watermill is 288 sq ft. Newly renovated travel trailer down to studs. Brand new walls, ceiling, floor, crown moulding. Custom kitchen, deep cabinets, quartz countertops, slate tile backsplash, dishwasher. 36 inch vanity, glass tile in shower/tub. Custom paint on exterior and many other beautiful artistic touches as well! For sale: $34,000.

Sleek and modern interior. Slide out for more space.

Love the yellow chairs with built-in bench seating.

The kitchen with all the amenities you need!

What’s black and white and red all over? 🙂

These bunks look so cozy for kiddos!

Bedroom has a TV (and sliding doors to close it off).

Plenty of storage (including hanging!) in the bedroom.

Clean, spa-like bathroom.

Pretty spacious for a travel trailer tiny house!

The shower tiles are my favorite part of this!

Not sure, I’m afraid! If you are interested in purchasing it, though, I’m sure the seller would tell you 🙂

Wow! This is beautifully done! I wish that I was at a place in my life where I was ready to go tiny. I’d snap this up in a hot second.

This is nicely done. I would love to know how a remodel of an existing RV affects the weight. Is the original trailer capable of handling the extra weight of new cabinets, appliances, walls, tile, etc. Most RV products are pretty lightweight and replacing them can really add to the overall weight of the home.

34K? Oi, maybe in NY that’s a good price. I like her design sense though, quality for sure. Maybe buy your own used travel trailer for 5-7K and do it yourself. I bet you could bring it in for under 10k.
