If you added about 8 ft in length to this, it might be my perfect home! I’d use the added space in the living area so there’s a place for an easy chair. And the downstairs bedroom would be great for a studio! Very nice home! Tx for sharing.

I like the look of this tiny house. Though I would have placed the bathroom opposite of the kitchen – as a narrow bathroom with toilet in one end and shower in the other end – so the livingroom was not a part of the kitchen. It is strange having to look at the kitchen cabinets, while lounging on the sofa. The bedroom could still be where it is.
I agree with D Pederson, I wouldn’t want to be sitting looking at dirty dishes after finishing a meal, especially if friends were visiting. I would also have a 3′ bed, plenty big enough for one person, and I would want a proper drop leaf table and a chair, small enough to sit against the wall when not in use but with a leaf up ample for one or two people to sit and have a cup of coffee or with both leaves up you can host a dinner party. Nothing worse than trying to eat while sitting on a sofa eating off a plate on your knee which is in imminent danger of falling off as you try to use a knife and fork.
Many people use folding tables or some other type removable table for dining. I thought I saw a desk area as part of the counter space which can act as an eating area for one. Or add a folding shelf to the counter then use stools or folding chairs. Many options out there. Some folks even use the folding sofa in the area for sleeping to have a separate living area. If you order the home you may be able to customize for your selections/desire.
