I do like this nice simple and open design. Only thing I would whine about is there is no picture of the bed in its sleeping position. It would be nice to see that. ( no loft, yay!) Also I take it the white device shown on the outside picture by the trailer tongue is a heat pump?

Yes, it’s a Mini-Split… The other half of it is right over the entrance to the bathroom…

My whine would be the same as Paul’s, I would like to see a couple shots of the bed in lower position etc.
This is really nice, well thought out, airy, spacious looking in only 16′ yet. amazing.
Also big kudos because this listing shows the floor plan, lots of pictures to really show it off.
This listing could be a model for other listings to follow that don’t do so already, that is: the floor plan, specs, weight, height, all the things we want to know immediately to consider purchase or building.
A good format for those doing the listing to follow would help all tiny house advocates to enjoy as well as improve chances for the tiny builders to sell their homes. For those that want to share their tiny home they too could use a complete format where we read and see everything pertinent to enjoy.
There has been tons of good stuff come through.
Excellent work done on this listing, this little home is super.

Nice but not for me. I did not see the bed in raised or sleeping position. seems that all the pics were taken from the bedroom towards the bathroom.

According to the Floor Plan, the couch converts into a bed as the standard features and a hydraulic lift bed is an optional feature…

Bump out gives a boost to available space and they can offer them in 20 and 22 foot length but some may prefer the Escape Home’s Vista version that this one is probably modeled after… Though, that one lacks a fold out deck and no bump out option…

If somebody want to travel a lot the size range is much better than above 22 feet.
As shown a 16 footer provides all what’s needed. I would go for composting toilet.
However, I would go for the lift up bed rather than making sofa into bed every day.
It would be interesting to see what system they are using.

Very nice!!! The bump out over the tongue is a great idea. Would the shower fit there instead? I always think the last thing that should be seen in a bathroom is the toilet and having it over in the ‘corner’ kinda makes that happen. I love the open floor plan, plenty of space in the kitchen to actually cook, the windows definitely help with making the space feel more open. Great job and not a bad starting price for something that is so much easier to tow than a 30 foot THOW.

Issue with location is placement of the drainage and weight… Mind, this still has to be safe to tow and unless you add a pump for drainage it has to be within a certain distance from the gray tank to allow for gravity flow…

Tongue weight is always good to have in a towed trailer. As for the toilet itself it looks like an American Standard low flush model, so it would not use much water. If your home is hooked to a sewer drainage should not be an issue . toilet waste is considered black water and would usually have a separate tank. Drainage to a tank should not be an issue either depending on where it is mounted

I could get excited about this one — reasonable price, great features, open floor plan. I, like many others, would prefer to see a sample of the lift bed. In my case, I only require a twin bed, so though I could live with a couch that turns into a bed, a separate bed would be much healthier for me at my age (73), and no ladders or stairs to navigate!

I love the great ideas for storage. This is one plan I would consider when I do mine. The cabinet over stove top, that looks like it could be the tube of the exhaust fan. That space that looks like a base board heater, under your table great idea. I looked and over looked a lot but didn’t see the bed. Not until I saw the blue prints. Wow I love the up and down bed. Before I saw it, I was thinking if the roof where the bed is, was built even with the door roof it would make a great space. Bam you did it, no issue but praise except one. Where are the curtains? It looks like you are parked on a College Campus? I would put up thick curtains to freaky having people seeing you sleep. Also where’s your clothes stored? I am thinking that space is under couch? My dear great job hope it wasn’t to expensive to build? Add curtains and Solar and your set. Good job

Loved this version. Its almost perfect.. I have a stove in my 1965 Winnebago camper that has an oven and 4 burners. Anyone that does a lot of home cooking knows 2 burners and No Oven just is for looks not practicality… Most larger Air fryers and microwave ovens are nice but again they can’t do everything you can need especially if you do a lot of baking etc. I loved how open this was but tgere again you could put the closet jyst inside the bathroom and put a small apartment size refrigerator in that space elevated over those drawers giving you added storage for kitchen gadets.. Loved how you included the floor plans… Made it easier to visualize the storage etc so often lacking in tiny homes.

Just pointing out there’s a lot of diversity in cooking, along with the wide variety of types of food people eat, and so there’s actually many different styles and preferences of cooking. The lack of a oven doesn’t effect them all as there’s always an alternative way to do something, usually multiple alternatives.

For example, instead of an oven people can use a pressure cooker, Rice cooker, or Cast iron skillet or dutch oven with just a stove top to bake just about anything they want. Among other ways to do baking without a regular oven that some people may simply prefer. Ovens also don’t have to be built in and can be a removable appliance that can be stored away when it’s not needed. So practicality depends on what you make of it and how it works with your preferences but it doesn’t have to be limiting for everyone just because it’s different.
