This is the Valhalla 35ft Gooseneck Tiny House on Wheels built by SimBLISSity Tiny Homes out of Lyons, Colorado.

At 35ft, it’s a pretty large tiny home so if you’re hesitant to live tiny because of space limitations, this might help you reconsider! From the outside, you’ll notice the triple axle trailer and the side-entry french door sandwiched by two beautiful, round windows which give it a little bit of a nautical vibe, doesn’t it?

Step inside to the beautiful interior and I don’t think you will be disappointed! As you walk in, the living area and bedroom are to your right while the kitchen and bathroom are to your left. You’ll also find that storage is no problem-o in this tiny house. So what do you think, can you see yourself joyfully living tiny here? Duh, right?😄

Workmanship is really nice however many features appearing not very practical for daily use and when on the road.
It starts with the floor plan. Bathroom is too far away from sleeping area. Slats under mattress would provide better ventilation. And then all the open storage shelves. I don’t want to sleep with view on my clothes besides that you need to store them somewhere else when towing to avoid a mess. Utility shed at the stern doesn’t look good, lock is very simple and the whole thing appears to me not very secured against use by bad guys. Although practical storage inside shower stall has a lot of downsides. Dormers are labor intensive and I can’t see the need of them.
RV common floor plan with bathroom close to sleeping, followed by kitchen or living area seems to me more practical. I would add a double floor to reduce number of steps to goose neck and would put utilities under. Living space at sterns would allow to use full width and height of the house and kitchen in the center is great for weight distribution and short water lines.
In short, I see a lot of improvement potential but probably their customer wanted it that way.

Yes, it would be preferable to keep the bathroom closer to the bedroom for convenience but that’s not always possible.

The trailer weight distribution actually has to be around a 60/40 split with more of the weight towards the front to press down on the tow hitch, which helps the tow vehicle have more traction and thus more control over the load… Along with providing some assurance the trailer won’t lean back and lift the tow vehicle off the ground.

So simply keeping the kitchen in the middle won’t assure this… Mind, the bathroom can be heavy too, sometimes even heavier than the kitchen and there can be other heavy things like water tanks, batteries, etc.

While you only get short water lines if you keep the bathroom, kitchen, and things like the hot water heater, the fresh water and gray tanks all within close proximity… Simply placing the kitchen in the middle won’t assure this if you still spread everything out…

Though, your raising the floor higher plan would work well here… It just means an extra step to get in and out of the house, but can have a big benefit to the plumbing options…

For the bed, it actually depends on the type of mattress. For example, solid platforms are often required to satisfy the warranty criteria for memory foam mattresses.

Good point about the bedroom storage, but only the left alcove is really for cloths… You don’t have to use the rest for clothing but rather books and other things can go there. There’s even a power plug by the center top shelf so you can probably fit a stereo or something up there… Another option is set up a reversible projector… The screen can be right at the end of the bed and the projector on the shelf… Set one way you can watch it from the bed or set it to reverse the image and it can be viewed from the other side of the screen like a rear projector and watched from the kitchen…

A simple solution for towing would be to tack on a netting in front of it to strap it all in place and the net can easily be stowed away when not needed… and you could put a curtain in front of the hanging closet in the bedroom to not look at it…

Overall, though, I agree the floor plan could be improved…

Very aesthetically pleasing; nice size; appears comfortable and not too cramped.

can you imagine how much more room there would be by eliminating the air space under the goose neck? Maybe another bathroom or bedroom? Maybe a bigger living room? Or, better yet, full size washer and dryer area?

Otherwise, nice layout though I do like the idea of a 1/2 bath addition for guests to use. Especially if one has to be really careful about germs and such. Of course that is what is great about these small houses in that you can have the builders do so many modifications for your particular needs and tastes.

On their web site they say the starting price is $65,000 for a 24 foot model. No listing for this one. However, most tiny’s are all custom made so it would really depend on what you want to add or subtract from this model. Ref: https://www.simblissitytinyhomes.com/for-sale/
