    The rungs to bedroom a good idea???

      If you don’t mind using a ladder, sure… They’re just like the ladders you’d find to roofs, on the sides of buildings, on ships and in tree houses that people use all the time…

      Floor opening even gives you something extra to grab onto as you enter/egress…

    Mattress on floor as an ongoing practice- really downgrades the luxury!
