This is beautiful. Is nice and light. The windows are inviting.

This is incredibly gorgeous. Not normally a fan of modern/white, but the design is so flexible that you can make it your own from the bones they provid. It could be deco, or rustic with wood walls, etc. One of the best designs I have seen. Love the twin stairs, the open floor space. Just like it all. There is such good use of space and so much left to personalize, it is just top of the line. Kudos.

Yes I agree. I love that you have the bones and then can make it your own. I’m not one for overly-modern decor either.

Very classy! Beautiful! Quality materials and a well thought out floor plan. Nicely done! I particularly appreciate the built in sofas that are generous in size as well as nice thick cushions. Lots of windows and a calm color scheme make it so appealing! Bravo!

How wide is it? I think it is over 8.5 feet.

I was curious too but they didn’t disclose on the site. I’d have to buy the plans…

Great! I am mostly against sleeping lofts with crawling spaces but this one avoid it and standing headroom to get to bed is really a plus. The floor plan is very well thought and a spacious bathroom is a rare find in a THOW. It appears to me that there are various options when it comes to structures like wood or steel framing. I didn’t see SIP which would be my choice reducing building time.
    What I couldn’t find are measurements but I guess it’s 30+ ft.

    Well done.

Ya I was also looking for measurements but the only way to get them was to purchase the plans..hmm..but I agree with around 30 feet.

Very nice and well thought out, and definitely livable. The only thing I’d change, less bathroom for more living space/storage….

I agree! Bathroom is the least important part of a tiny house for me, but I know some people love a good bath!

This is perfection! Exactly what I want and more! It’s roomy and light. I never thought of the reading nook, but I love it. A full bathroom is unheard of. Love the dual stairs and lofts with headspace. I would use one for bedroom and the other for office/crafts. I didn’t dig too deeply, but I was wondering about the cost to build/materials and if there’s additional storage under the sofa. Not to be dramatic, but this brought tears to my eyes because this is very similar to the build I had in my head.

Just love everything about this. Particularly fond of the loft bedrooms with standing height. I too would use one as an office/spare room. Well done!
