That is not a house. That is just a room. For what it is, it looks nice. Nice craftsmanship.

Thought maybe some might like the idea of having something like this in addition to their tiny house on wheels.

$23K for a box on wheels, am I missing something?

Similar reason to why something like a Yeti cooler costs a lot more than a cheap Styrofoam cooler… Things like the SIP construction, etc. makes it not your typical box… That said, just like a Yeti cooler it can be considered overkill if you’re only looking for a box and don’t need something super energy efficient, etc…

    It has some real possibilities.
Makes for a nice, compact, mobile office (as shown). I wonder how useful a general contractor would find this?
I like it as a tiny home, too….granted, it would need to be setup as such, internally, but at 10 ft. high, there’s more than ample room for a small loft bedroom.
The outside lights built into the overhang is a nice touch, too. Very professional look.

Nice clean space for a home office. A bit out of my price range (most things are LOL) but great idea for a space. Would be interesting to build oneself our of materials found used or reclaimed.

      “…out of…”, that is. 🙂

I have subscribed to ‘Tiny House’ for many years. I was looking for ‘tiny office’ so my husband can build a ‘tiny office space’ about 100 sq ft, like our studio, to keep files when I retire. Since I’m currently working from home, I’ll keep my eyes open for a cute barn roof tiny building that I would like in my back yard, that is secure and attractive.
    Tank you!

Have you checked out the sheds at Home Depot or Lowes? They have some really cute barn ones that could be made into an adorable office space without too much extra effort!

    I meant ‘thank you.’
Yes, and sheds.com and others. I just always check Tiny House since I like the site and get the emails.
    Thank you!

Exactly. Home Depot or Lowes was the first thing I thought of, too.
