The Montauk by Tiny Hamptons: For Sale (New Video!)

Love the tile work in the bathroom here.

Flush toilet and beautiful shiplap walls.

Those blue doors are a great entrance to “home.”

I love this house. I am not crazy about the bathroom sink (I like the bowl look) but the light over the bathroom mirror is cute (I like how it looks like two rolls of lit up toilet paper) all in all beautiful

You made this house look quite large, in fact, I was surprised at how large the bathroom actually looked. I was thinking, if I had to cut would it be possible for me to build the sink and tap over the toilet but make the sink in such a way that the sink would swing to the side?

Well Zachary, how about these: quartz countertops, marble backsplash, full size stainless appliances, walk in closet with washer/dryer combo, fully tiled 3X4 shower with rain shower head and glass enclosure. That accounts for “some” of the expense.

But, probably the biggest expense is that these are made in the Hamptons, NY. One of, if not the, most expensive places in the You Ess Ov Eh!

That doesn’t even equate to 1/4 of the price being asked..! How does that get explained…?

What is the going price for this tiny house, it was implied it was for sale ?
What is included in the price.
Would one need a special truck and permit or is a one ton or SUV be sufficient.
    Thank you
