This is a beautiful 24×10 tiny home, “The Georgia,” by Kaiser Tiny Homes in Kansas, which features two loft bedrooms. The downstairs area has a spacious living area with a table and electric fireplace, as well as a kitchenette and 3/4 bathroom.

The exterior really steals the show, however. Adorable wooden shutters and window boxes give it a cozy farmhouse feel and tons of curb appeal. It’s for sale for $67,000.

24′ x 10′ Tiny Home w/ Farmhouse Feel

There’s a compact kitchen area.

The bathroom is behind the green door.

A staircase leads to the main bedroom.

There’s space for a little electric fireplace.

This could be a little desk or put a TV here.

Up in the bedroom loft!

I like this cozy cubby!

Here’s the second loft over the kitchen.

I love that sink pedestal.

There’s a residential toilet.

The shutters and window boxes add so much character.

Two things: 1) I see no space for, nor indication that there is a refrigerator — kinda necessary for full-time living! 2) If it were me, I would prefer a mini-split so the heating/cooling unit is high on the wall somewhere rather than in the way in the kitchen.

Nancy I agree with you,the a/c unit should not be there in kitchen. Mini split should be put high on a wall. Without the unit there you could put in more cabinets, counter and under the counter frig.

I agree. The first thing I noticed was that it is in the way of the cabinet making it incapable of opening. The outside is adorable. Inside looks like it was done by a totally different person that has no idea of how to use the space.
