I like the wood but the structure is too cluttered for me. Beside that sleeping lofts aren’t for me at all. I would prefer less height and a lift up or murphy bed. Gas tanks and other stuff should be in a type of utility shed above the tow bar instead of being exposed to elements.
I didn’t see a bathroom sink. there is no fridge. The entrance stairs are nice to look on but where are they stored when under way?
Price is a bit high for what you get and keep on going up when you are completing.

Ref: LP cook top for heating water for the shower and cooking.

The only thing I found odd is having to boil the water for the shower. That’s definitely would be an absolute no-no especially trying to navigate a 30 gallon container from the stove to the shower area. And, then where do you pour it so the shower actually uses it? This, frankly, is a dangerous alternative to having a hot water tank built-in and placed under a counter out of the way.

Bizarre shape. Lots of wasted space with nooks and crannies. And… $51,358 for the UNINSULATED shell version? I can only think of 2 words for that. Both of them are rude.

    Bob W, Eric, anybody else,

If you go to the top of the post & click here where it says check it out & buy it you can view the specs for the unit there. It is a bit confusing the way they worded the uninsulated shell/no trailer version & the hot water deal. They should have included the full specs with the post.
This is a small unit but it has an electric water heater, 1800 watt solar package with inverter & batteries, & seemingly everything you need except a fridge. Priced an 1800 watt PV system lately? Nice size sleeping loft. I think they did a great job with the design & the build!

Hmmm! I have to agree with Eric about this TH. It is a lot of waste of space for the way this plan worked out. Sorry!

They got creative with this one, but may have sacrificed function. I’d rather look at this tiny house than at some of the boxy ones, but not so sure it would be as efficient for day-to-day living. Still, I applaud their efforts and creativity.

Yes it’s nice to see builders try something new. 🙂

Way too pricey for what you’d get….(or not get) Again Where is a closet / closets. ? Where are one suppose to store hanging clothes a broom and mop etc. etc.? didn’t see ant frig either.

An apartment-sized fridge would fit under the stairs. And if you put up a rod you could hang clothes in that one cubby that looks lit up 🙂 Stick the broom behind the bathroom door.

For the asking price it still lacks storage. And really wasn’t planned out very well. If you look at the cubby you suggested there seems to be a window in that place. If you look at the outside of the house and see the natural light coming from that cubby type area. So why would anyone hang clothes in front of a placed window? Sorry none of it seems very logical or well planned out for that price.

And there I was thinking how much storage space there is. A huge loft area over the front door would hold a lot of clothing, experience especially if you added a hanging rail. There seems to be loads of storage under the stairs, and you could easily fit a sofa bed into the front living area. Or a table and bench that converts to a bed. That plus a couple of easy chairs would be ideal for the person who can’t manage the loft, which leaves that for visitors or extra storage.
