The Bunkhouse: New Model from Uncharted Tiny Homes

This post contains affiliate links.

This is the Bunkhouse, a new 310 sq. ft. model from Uncharted Tiny Homes in Arizona that’s built on a 30 ft. gooseneck trailer.

This particular tiny home we built for one of our clients is being used as an RV. She opted for the gooseneck trailer instead of our standard bumper-pull and she didn’t need some of the features we normally include in our tiny homes. The cost of this tiny home exactly as you see it in these photos is around $90,000 with solar included but starts at $65,000 with our standard features. All of our models can be customized to fit your needs and lifestyle! The Bunkhouse is perfect for families as it has a master loft and a separate room for the kids!

According to their website, you can fit an 11. ft. sectional sofa in the living room — how cool! Enjoy the photo tour.

The Bunkhouse: New Model from Uncharted Tiny Homes

No bench seating here! Fit an 11 ft. sectional in this living room.

The big windows and glass door let in tons of light.

Take the ladder to the bedroom loft, open storage beneath it.

Galley kitchen with a large fridge and a cook top with range hood.

The rolling cabinet is great! I think that’s an IKEA find.

Plenty of storage in the lower cabinets for all your kitchen essentials.

Looking from the kitchen to living room and second bedroom.

Mini split to keep it hot and cold, with an additional heat source below.

Just three steps up to the kids’ room (or yours, if you choose!)

I really like the light wooden walls with the darker ceilings.

Too cute! Here’s the “bunk” part of the Bunkhouse.

Even with dark ceilings, the loft is spacious!

I love the idea of an area rug in the loft — easier to clean than carpet.

Big windows let in sunshine. The crate side tables are smart.

Storage vanity, counter space and a washer/dryer unit.

Beautiful shower and composting toilet. (You could do residential!)

What are your thoughts on this model? Pretty great!

Hide all the “ugly” stuff back here. Nice and covered!

The trio of doors is cute. Great way to do it.

One of the best I’ve seen!! Bedroom over the gooseneck would be the master, in my world. Great design all around. Very livable.

Wow! I can’t believe how much room is in this tiny home! It seems very spacious! Love the dark ceilings in the loft area in the bedroom. Great idea to have a carpet under your mattress on your floor in your bedroom! It
must keep the room cozy & warm!! This is a wonderful home! Love how they have a place outside covered up & easily accessible to reach your houses’ equipment! Thank You for sharing! Enjoyed touring it!🌹🌷🌹

From what I have seen in kitchens, the lower bank of cabinets might do better with lots of Drawers, instead of Doors, but I hate to be picky at such a nice home.

Nice but I would need an oven or a convection microwave. Still would require seniors to climb stairs.
