Nice, but still a trailer, and you will need to watch overhead clearances and have a very big hi $$$$$ truck to haul it.

Not really, note it only has double axles and that means it’s well under 14,000 lbs… If it’s under 10,000 you could even haul it with a U-Haul truck…

The house itself, though, is big money… This company isn’t cheap…

very interesting. got some nice pointers. It is about half the size of my design and probably about twice the weight but interesting all the same. If I can do it I will be able to pull my trailer, 16ft box on the truck full of equipment and travel around the US for different shows and events. If as I am planning I will be able to do it with zero travel costs. I will see what happens.

Love the stamped-tin-style roof and the shower walls.

Anyone know the price of this house? It seems that trying to find prices of feature houses these days are like finding buried treasure and are best kept secrets.

Haven’t seen the price listed for this one yet but to give you an idea the Montauk was a 292 Sq Ft model from them that was priced for around $75,000… This model is bigger at 350 Sq Ft and they did a lot more to this than they did to the Montauk…

Absolutely stunning! Every little detail looks well thought out (or someone has a magic touch 😊). The one thing I really want to know is what is that song on the video? Very catchy😁!

I have decided tiny house living is for me. This is by far my favorite layout! How do you get up into the loft? Ladder? Stairs there is no picture of that.

Omg… It’s larger than the 312 sq ft cottage I moved into to start living “tiny!” And, the design is much better!
