This is the Breezeway Tiny Home on Wheels by Tiny Heirloom.

It’s a custom 30ft tiny house featuring a garage door that opens you right up to the outdoors. The V-shape roofline adds a nice touch, doesn’t it?

Step inside to find a beautiful kitchen with a farmhouse sink, barstools for dining or work/study, a built-in dog crate, cozy upstairs sleeping loft, an amazing bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a combo washer/dryer, and more! Who wouldn’t want to live in a tiny house like this?

Breezeway Tiny House on Wheels by Tiny Heirloom 0012I was wondering what the wall unit (above) was exactly so I asked Jason over at Tiny Heirloom who responded with, “the decorative grey upholstery is all storage. The top storage area is all touch activated. So anywhere you touch on the grey upholstery will activate the automatic opening doors.”

Pretty cool, right? At first, I thought it was a custom fold down bed (which would have been pretty awesome too) but it’s a basically a high tech storage wall.

Hopefully, we will get to see that in action soon in one of the upcoming episodes of Tiny Luxury on HGTV!

    I have looked at quite a few tiny homes, and these are perhaps the more impressive. Every detail is painstakingly thought out, and no stone has been left unturned in making the buying decision easy for the would-be purchaser. All this comes at a cost, but then again, quality has never come cheap, and so the question becomes one of value in my judgment. If this is to be a full-time lifestyle, it only makes sense that living in a small space needs to have some of the more pleasant indulgences and these home make that a reality.

    @James Alan Diaz

    I quite agree with you that there are always trade off, the smaller the house, whether of the tiny variety or not, the more the trade offs.

    But… sorry, Ivlia Blackburn is actually correct. While many people use ladders without issues, people with hearing disabilities will have, to some degree, balance issues which means using a ladder can range from uncomfortable all the way to downright dangerous.

    Latest stats I have seen is that 1 person in 5 has a hearing disability/loss which is a dramatic jump from 30 years ago when it was 1 in 7. Causes? Concerts at ear splitting volume levels and much more recently portable cd players and iPods and similar are major contributors especially due to the headphones and/or earbuds used.

    Is that a dog crate? If so, brilliant.
    Love this design. I’m not normally a fan of ladders, but I LOVE how they worked it with this design. It seems much safer or something this way.
    The entire layout is fantastic. I could live here, happily.
