The bathroom is gorgeous. This house is much cleverer than it looks at first glance. All those little nooks for electric sockets/charging. Could the bedside ones be a bit bigger to serve as bedside tables to hold glasses, books etc? Maybe they are big enough already? Those little “c” tables! I think the frames fit down with the under sofa drawers and the tops are wall mounted and that they then fit together to make a dining table. Wow! Who thought of that? I love the very high cupboards but I would need a ladder to reach them. Good for rarely used things. Even the dog dishes integrated into the step, which hides the wheel wells. It needs a fold down desk/table top on the out/underside of the bed to put that room to use when the bed is up and it appears “empty” with a folding directors chair or two, which could then hang on the wall, you have a dining room, study or cardroom. This house is expensive but really thoughtfully built. Thanks for sharing it.

Its really a great floor plan. With the bed out the way when not in use which allows to do exercises, meditation or haveng an office space which can be closed.
The only thing I don’t get is why the highest point of the THOW is at tow bar instead of the lowest which would make it easier to tow with less wind resistance.

Really, this is a superb design. If I could get financing for it, I’d be ordering it the next day. I might have opened up the wall between the bedroom and living area so that when the murphy bed was up, you’d have more space to use with blending the open areas. I do wonder at the notion of putting the ladder where it has to be used in front of a door. I can just see someone forgetting to set it aside, or it’s the middle of the night. Someone sleepily sliding the door at 3 AM and plodding right into the ladder. Or being on the ladder and getting tossed off. LOL.

Still, it really is a wonderful design, overall.
