Apparently bring in food. Since rental that is ok. Or are the cooking surface and oven something like a toaster oven and double burner hot plate under sink counter? Same with small refrigerator? Or I am totally missing it. Maybe have kitchen at main house? Just curious since have sink, dishes, and dining spot.

It’s an AirBnB and the BnB part stands for Bed and Breakfast… So meals are part of the service but it does have an induction cooktop that is stored away when not needed, along with a mini-fridge and they’re just aren’t shown in the photos but are mentioned in the listing…

One means of egress and then they block it with a bed. Can’t see how it passed fire safety checks. Otherwise not a bad design for the size. Real problem with Murphy beds is that you either have to leave a large amount of floor space bare or you lose another feature such as sofa or work desk. OK if it is just you but not always practical if there are two or more. Good for a short break except for escape worrisome

Windows above sink are considered second egress.
Also doors open outwards, so unless you have a disability that prevents you from crawling over the bed, I believe that this would be considered a safe egress even with the murphy bed in the down position…
