I love this one!! It has a workable living area- much better then most of the tiny homes. I think the only change I would make is only one window over the sink and eliminate one window over the “table” and add two more cabinets. Unfortunately, I need something on one level…

      Bonnie,

Thank you for your comment. We can make those changes to the windows in order to add more cabinet space. We can also build on that is a single level for you as well. Feel free to email me directly with what you are looking for and we will get the pricing for you.

Very nice inside and out. Love the high end finishes. Of course that makes it a little pricey but you could change that in your owm build.

Beautiful, well thought out design, but one that is not for older people with the ladders. I would rather see stairs built into these THOWs for safety’s sake.

This is almost exactly the layout I want for my THOW. The lofts at each end with the raised roofs would be for either storage or extra sleeping. The bathroom at one end, living space the other and kitchen in the center off the bathroom side. The one change is the living space floor would be slightly raised to hide a queen size roll out bed under the floor.
    I love this layout.

Thank you for each of your comments. We love the Teton but we are obviously bias. We can do stairs instead of ladders and any other changes since each home is completely customizable. Please let me know if you have any questions. You can reach me at [email protected]

It’s a great house, but it’s the price that I don’t care for so much…..!

I understand where people are coming from when they say it’s an expensive unit. Self builds will almost always be less expensive. But, this unit is a professionally built and designed turn key home that you can take just about anywhere. Add to that the beautiful and (what appear to be) high end finishes, appliances, etc and it really isn’t a bad price. One must always consider price vs value, they are not the same. Beautiful build Alpine.

Well said Dave. We appreciate the comment.

Nice design features. The toilet is a little to close to the hot water on demand heater. Should have been hidden. The only design flaw.

Why do you say the heater needs to be further away from toilet?

I tend to agree with Norris720, an extension or a utility box outside the wall, would have hidden it.

    Beautiful!! I love this.
I will be moving to Nicaragua within 6 months or so and I’m hoping to find someone to build me a tiny house. (Not on wheels) A little smaller and with a porch on 2 sides.

Barbara get your best price on your little house in Nicaragua and I’ll beat it and make it better. Thanks Gary

This is a lovely tiny home all 310′ but I agree with some of the other comments. Not everyone wants to or is able to climb ladders to sleep in the loft, l prefer not, especially on wooden ladders only to areas tall enough to lay down only( by the looks of the photos). This looks like a small version of a mobile home that someone forgot to save space for the bedroom, at least one, and substituted lofts. I am aware you are able to do customizations if asked. Companies need to keep this in mind when introducing their work. Jean C.

Is it the photo or is the toilet slightly askew? Looks like there’s a triangular gap behind it. Maybe a triangular shelf in that corner. Move the electric box over. Does that water heater get hot to the touch? Could it be hidden? Round the corner on that counter w/ the seats. Like the wood floors, ceiling, & trim.

My favorite part of this house is the living room, tucked away in its own little nook. I dislike living areas that are right in the flow of traffic. This is homey and wonderful!

Double lofts, hmm. Though the designs are great, I found this TH a bit narrow to my taste. Otherwise, a job well done.
