I’ve been wanting to introduce you to Dakota Tiny Houses as well as show you one of their very first builds. The Dakota design is 30′ long by 8’6″ wide and 13’6″ tall. I’ll show you the floor plan down below. There’s even a 3′ porch in the front and inside you’ll find just about everything you’d normally find in a normal home or fully featured RV.
