I wanted to build another van with all the knowledge I accumulated from the road. I took the floor plan from my original van and improved it based on “everything I would change” if I ever built another van.

I put the fridge at eye level; I lowered the bed; I created a dedicated work/dining area; I added a jump seat with seatbelt for friends and family trips; I added even more outlets and storage; I put heavy duty drawers in the garage;

I made the van ultra stealth… AND I fit it all in the standard 159” model! We designed this van with no windows to be the ultimate stealth van.

The fan and solar panels are low profile so it’s very hard to tell this van is a camper. You can enjoy privacy and solitude as you can camp in the city and no one will know you’re living in your van.

Having no windows also makes for better temperature regulation. If you have your mind set on windows…no worries! We can easily add as many as you want.

The van has so many features it’s hard to list them all. There are 2 separate quarts countertops, a modern slat ceiling, storage over the driving cockpit, and a 20″ closet with shelves.

Unique Isotemp Water Heating System…

This plumbing system uses essentially zero electrical to heat your water. We use a special state of the art Isotemp water heater that diverts the coolant from your engine to a heat exchanger that heats water as you drive. The water will stay hot for two days after you drive for about 30 minutes. If you aren’t planning on driving for a while, you can bypass the coolant system and heat the water using your electrical system. This water heating system saves on using your battery unnecessarily and allows you to live on a smaller battery bank.

    Not a stealth van camper myself but it sure looks like you have thought of everything!

    This is quite nice. I wouldn’t mind something like this.

    This is nice! Very well thought out design. I like the under-the-bed storage design a lot, and having the same finish throughout the space helps it flow together and seem more spacious. The eye level frig, and the extra belted seat with table is a great addition. With an open back door and side door open, you really get all the light you need in good weather without windows, but in cold weather, when the doors have to be shut, maybe a window in the sliding door and windows in the back doors would help you not feel so shut in. Otherwise, I like this a lot!

    Hmmm…..VERY cool van build.
    But: That bicycle slide doesn’t look like it would hold a standard sized bike; are there any still photos showing the slide loaded? Could you add a photo? It looks like it can only hold a collapsible bike or a child’s bike.
    Thank You–

      The bicycle slide racks are typically set up to be used with the front wheel removed. This allows the frame to be lowered to about the same height as the wheel, shortens the length/depth needed to store the bike, and gives a mounting point for the front of the bike that can be used to lock it in place and keep it from moving while the vehicle is moving.

      Mind, bikes can be equipped with a quick release for the wheel. Helps with maintenance, getting them into cars, replacing tires, swapping tires for different terrain, etc.

    Love the design and build. Would have considered buying this, but it’s diesel and I just can’t justify the investment and setting aside my commitment to the environment. I hope the designer keeps designing and that we figure out how to create solar-powered vehicles! With gasoline-powered vehicles already in scheduled phase-out in California, it is time to get inventive! I did hear about a new solar-powered car that will cost about the same as a Tesla 3. http://www.aptera.us @aptera_motors Aptera Motors is based in San Diego, California USA.

    Hey where is the porta potty? Only thing I would do is have a shower inside instead of the third seat and maybe longer counter space if possible. Love the frig and wonder what kind of mattress they put in. Very nice build.

    I like the style and the price. I don’t need bike storage but would like internal shower and composting or marine toilet. Any available?
