  Love it! Needs a railing to help old ladies go down to pee in the middle of the night. Other than that…perfect!

  This is among the best I have seen of 24′ models.
  So reminiscent of a Stewart Bi-level trailer I owned many years ago.

  Love it! Would change a few things: vanity I would put in a corner vanity that gives space to have a linen closet. More kitchen counter space; gas range top. 18 CF fridge freezer; washerdryer combo in that sneaky space. TV mount in bedroom w/skylight for star gazing.

  Nicely laid out. Great layout for the size too. The 5′ tub is amazing! Not too keen on the tiny sink when it could have been larger, but I understand that may be what the client wanted. The walkway at the loft is also best use of space. I would have, however, duplicated the wardrobe in the loft to allow just a bit more hanging space on the far left where the tall shelf is. Drawers are amazing storage places, though baskets can often fill those wasted inches that drawers leave unused, drawers are still my favorite storage places. (The loft shelves, for me, would be total drawers rather than shelves. The shelf that is up on the wall above the kitchen would hold all my shelf things. I think the huge wall at the back is a missed opportunity for a storage loft, but a client wants what a client wants. I get it. My only really negative comment is not enough counter space. I pop-up (or fold-down) counter opposite the kitchen (that might fold down from the wall over the stairs) might help with prep space. It could be stowed when traveling and “living” and folded down when cooking. One needs more than 12″ for prep space.

  Nicer and more attractive to me than the previous one in full White that some greedy builder wanted $129,999.00 for the base model for and $149,999.00 + for the higher tier model.
  These things, though a niche market were made to mop up those of us who wanted to live at a less hectic mortgage like lifestyle by just making an easier purchase and not get sticker into the myriad of paperwork monthly.
  This I would buy in the quint of my eyes.

    Greedy? No, Movable Roots just builds for people who want everything highly custom and engineered to up to extremely high standards. Understand that most builders don’t do their own structural engineering, fabricate everything including the trailer, do full custom building of just about everything, etc. like they do. So they charge more because they’re providing more, they’re not just your typical custom builder and based in Florida they follow some of the strictest standards in the country…

    Indigo River Tiny Homes is also a great custom builder but they’re not quite at the same level as Movable Roots, which is okay as unless you need a home built like a tank, can easily outlast you, easily withstand extreme weather conditions, and want something done that can be completely outside of the normal design options then Movable Roots would be overkill but there’s definitely a reason why they cost as much as they do…
