Wow, nice looking small home. Good floor plan. Reasonable priced for the square footage. Add a small swimming pool and I am ready to down size.

These guys have the best small house options out there, I think. They have one option called Confluence c2 which has a 15′ deep bedroom on each side of a 30′ x 30′ great room. 1200sf, or so. Perfect, and just under $170k. Throw a big deck on it and give it a Frank Lloyd Wright look inside and out, and that’s my next house.

A Frank Lloyd Wright look? What, and ruin a perfectly good looking house? For what?

The 400 sq ft version is $87,000 – with all the bells and whistles. Even if I downgraded to less expensive appliances, it’s still out of my range of affordability. Lottery anyone????

This is great for someone like me. It’s small without being claustrophobic. I’m planning on down sizing in my older years and this home would be great. Can’t do lofts with bad knees. And I’m not planing on traveling with my home attached.

I whole-hardheartedly agree with the comments expressed by the others above: this house is well-designed, flooded with natural light because of the large, well-placed windows. Perhaps most important to me is that it has NO loft bedroom (Yay!). The designers surely hit one out of the park with this small home; thanks for sharing with us, Alex 🙂

While not my taste (I prefer rustic and/or vintage), I think this is quite a pretty home. Looks airy and bright.

Wow! You out did yourself on this one! From the design of the furniture etc. carrying though the whole house down to the details. Wouldn’t change anything except of course personal decorating tastes and colors!

Very nice, but… Unless all of the furniture and accessories come with this place, it is just a set of big, empty, barney rooms. For me, it doesn’t matter. It’s too big and completely out of my price range. For those who can indulge, enjoy!

Wow, I love it! This is out of my reach, but it’s definitely something to strive toward. Great balance of simplicity and well, luxury (as represented in the continuity of finishes). It’s small but sacrifices no comforts, an amazing option for those who can afford to buy and plant this unit. One for the “dream” list.

It’s really nice, spacious even at 400sf, good site lines and excellent R-factors throughout. I’m most interested in and happy about the pricing. It’s more reasonable than most builders of such pre-fabs.

Yea I was shocked to see such stellar finishes and such a reasonable price. It’s not “cheap,” but it doesn’t look cheap either! — Tiny House Talk Team

Are there house plans with wheelchair access? I live in Florida so hurricane protection is a top priority also.

Yes it’s lovely! Roomy but not too big… For people who are downsizing but can’t do 200 sq. ft.

What truly is boring is when I see houses like this, and people who are so full of it, that they make me want to puke…! Take away all the Swedish mass fabricated box store furniture and the beautiful curtains and all the window dressing which we use to dress a stage for sale, and we have another tiny house… Is this house worth $125,000.00 ..? Rotfflmao….! No way on Gods great earth….! This house is no different than any other, it’s 4 walls and a roof….!

  • September 13, 2019, 5:17 pm

I love pre-fab or modular houses, providing: they are made with all earth friendly non-toxic materials,
they have a high R value of insulation, they have 2 BATHROOMS (so guests can avoid the bedroom bathroom),
they are made with quality materials (windows, doors, heating/cooling system…), they have a composting toilet,
they have solar panels providing most if not all of the power, and it is an open floor plan.
This one is fine and offers some great options, hopefully is using earth friendly materials.
