Small Loft Apartment in Hollywood

This post contains affiliate links.

This is a small loft apartment in Los Angeles, California. It looks like the perfect place for a visit to Hollywood, doesn’t it? Yes, it’s available via Airbnb.

I also really like the studio layout. If you’re interested in downsizing to a smaller space, but are not quite ready for a tiny house, a studio apartment like this could be a great transition. Have you ever considered a studio kind of like this? What’s your favorite city?

Perfect for a couple, 700 square feet, amazing views, facing west for the sunset every night, gated parking and entry, gym, wood floor, new appliances, and wifi. This is a fully furnished loft, and I live here when I don’t rent it, so unlike many other AIRBNB’s in Hollywood and LA this has a personal touch!

If the clutter was removed, the price would increase, significantly!

The appearing and disappearing big screen TV is novel.

Looks to be different side to the desk or two desks, which is why on one pic the tv is clearly visible and not on the other.

Nope, same desk and same view minus the tv or any sort of mount for it. Look at the nearby items like the light edge frame of the pictures behind the tv, items on the desk and the black and white patterned luggage or cover sitting on the floor to the right.

I believe the photos were probably taken at different times before and after the tv was there. If not, they have some wonderful method of stowing it away. Either way, I wouldn’t like to try to watch TV with all the light pouring in around it.

There’s wall mounted TV’s that can flip over and look like anything… Picture frame(s), etc. So long as it’s not an exterior wall, you can even have it look like a regular wall with the TV stored within the wall cavity.

But you could be right and it’s just a different time the photo was taken…

I fully understand why they put a film on those windows but did they have to use film that makes it look like smog? If anyone is thinking of doing this, please don’t use brown! I agree with those who suggest that getting rid of all that clutter would greatly enhance its appeal.

looks very comfortable and spacious. I’d live there. Especially like the kitchen.
