Small Brick Carriage Home in Reddick, FL

This is a beautiful old brick 806 sq. ft. Carriage House for sale in Reddick, Florida.

We shared it in the past, but it’s now for sale by owner (Kevin) and he’s offering a special deal for Tiny House Talk readers (so be sure to tell him you heard about the property here). It sits on 1.4 acres, completely fenced-in with an electric gate. There’s even a 16 by 30 salt water pool. I would purchase this place for the beautiful farm vistas — dazzling!

Get more details and purchase info below. Contact Kevin via the form at the bottom of the post. Enjoy!

OMG, this is about the same size as my current place but this is so much nicer! I love the red brick, love that there is even brick in the shower. The floors are wonderful. This is the kind of place I think you could customize to your own vibes and likes and go in 27 different directions! Wanna trade? The only thing is you have to relocate to Minneapolis. Some people don’t like our psychotic weather here (14 degrees today, 60 on a day 2 weeks ago!)

Hahah oh my! That is some crazy weather for sure. I, too, thought this was a great house with tons of potential.

This is a wonderful house. Move-in perfection I would say. I expected it to be much more being in Florida and with an acre and a half. I could see myself in this carriage house for sure! Too bad I am tethered to doctors where I am so can not move out of the area at the moment. Someone will get themselves a very nice piece of real estate.

This is just beautiful. It does seem slightly high priced for the area though. Other than the high price, it is perfect.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I love this home. It is perfect and very much the type of home my husband and I would truly enjoy if I could manage the stairs. Although, it looks like a small elevator could be put in there or a stairway chairlift. There are a few tweaks I would make but nothing major. I also would use that pool constantly because it’s so good for my muscles and increasing my mobility.

Thanks, Natalie, for showing beautiful, livable places like this for those of us who cannot live in tiny places and climb ladders—who need more room to maneuver around.

This is beautiful!! And for this area it’s a great price. I would love to live there if I had a few hundred thousand to be spending. Ocala is horse country in FL and is a pretty wealthy area also. It does get very hot there…no ocean breezes to help feel cooler…I live in FL and Ocala was the hottest I have EVER been!

Is it furnished? It really is a beautiful site and home. Little out of my price range but it sure was nice to look at. One can dream….
