Sisters go tiny with each of their own Tiny Homes

This post contains affiliate links.

Ashley and Alexis are sisters who were sharing an apartment in Tampa, Florida when their landlords were raising rent — again. That’s when they decided to go tiny! Instead of sharing a tiny home, they each bought their own and customized it to their own unique style and needs — but they live right next door to each other at the Circle Pond Tiny Community.

We interviewed Alexis a couple years ago. She lives in her cozy farmhouse THOW with her young daughter. Her sister Ashley lives in her own modern THOW with two dogs and enjoys cooking in her large kitchen. The video below tours each of their unique homes!

They Each Have Their Own Tiny Home!

Pretty fun to be next door neighbors.

Ashley prioritized a big kitchen for her cooking.

And Alexis focused on a cozy space with room for her books.

    Smart ladies! Congratulations.
Getting you own home paid for early in life is one of the best financial moves they, anyone can do.
Living near Tampa they should seriously think about buying an old private mobile home lot with or without a MH on it, they could cut their rental bill by 50% and in 7 yrs or so, own outright with just property
taxes, and moving theirs on it.
Even better is buy an old MH park and turn it into a TH park with a very nice income in our area, much of Florida.
I live on my private MH lot in Riverview with 2 THs, one for my sisterinlaw and we help each other out too has a lot to be said for 2 THs.

This is what I would like for myself and mother. Living together but not living together. Your own private space. GREAT!
