Olivia Farabaugh’s Low-VOC Nashville Tiny Home

Singer-Songwriter Olivia Farabaugh (known from “The Voice” Season 10) and her husband have gone tiny! Their 12×30 foot home was built by Greenwood Tiny Homes and designed with low-VOC materials and air exchanges to help mitigate Olivia’s Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome.

They have a first-floor bedroom space but ultimately chose to put their bed in the loft and use the main-level room as a multi-purpose office/studio. Their u-shaped kitchen is stock-full of great storage and full-sized appliances (even a dishwasher!) and they have really awesome multi-use furniture in the living room.

While they have a downstairs room, they decided to sleep upstairs to be able to dedicate the other space as a studio and office.

They have a secondary loft space that’s used as a cozy little office with a window.

Amongst some very stiff competition amongst several other Tiny Houses showcased on here that I have absolutely ❤️ LOVED ❤️ —> THIS ONE just topped the list! 🏆

Every single detail was so incredibly thought out even down to the choice of top-loading wash machine and why it was chosen. Loved the drop-down TV too. Could go on and on and on. Saving this one for keepsies.

Any idea what this particular one cost with all the additions and upgrades?
