This is a shepherd’s hut micro cabin with ocean views.

From the outside, you’ll notice the house has a curved roof, board and batten siding, and small door overhang. The whole house is painted white and has rustic wagon wheels.

When you go inside, you’ll find a queen-sized bed, tiny wood-burning stove, and a couch. The walls and ceiling are white pine and there’s a large window next to the bed. If you want you can even rent this cabin at Wharakawa Farm in Coromandel, New Zealand.

Please enjoy, learn more, and re-share below. Thank you!

Idyllic…everyone I know who has been to NZ says that if I ever get the chance to go there, I should definitely do it.

As a citizen of New Zealand this is reality. What NZ has is a lot what can be seen in many other countries. The beauty is that NZ is a small country and you don’t have to travel umpteen thousands of miles from one place to another.

So what is really unique about NZ? Well the Maori culture, if you are into watching ethnic shows and stuff and being royally ripped off on the prices.

How friendly NZ’rs are as a people (yes every country has bad eggs, NZ isn’t any different in that respect).

How clean the country is (as a whole) and you can usually get to a beach with no more than a 3 hour drive. Try that in the middle of the US eh?

    Want bungy jumping? Tick.

    Alpine skiing? Tick.

    Whale watching (up close)? Tick.

See Kiwi’s? The bird and the people, not the fruit (which should be correctly called Chinese Gooseberry). Tick.
