Everything about this THOW is gorgeous from the inside out. Love the color scheme, the floor plan and especially the privacy of the loft. Lots of storage too! It could have been built for me. Definitely on my top 5 list…

Very nice. I wonder if drawers would work better than the trapdoors under the bed. I wouldn’t want to lift the mattress every time I need to get something from under there.

      Oh that’s a good idea!

Looking at the pictures again, it might not work for this house, because of the low vertical space. But I used to have a bed with a platform, and it had side drawers on wheels, and they were great.

It would appear that the storage under the bed would be used for long term/occasionally used items storage. So lifting up the mattress wouldn’t be a regular occurrence. The couch downstairs has pull out drawer storage though.

Plus, “There are also storage built-ins along two sides of the bed, a closet for hanging clothes” as well.

WOW! This TH has the modern version of a 16 century style. What a difference. Nice work!

I really like the way things have been trimmed out and the colour choices as well. Interesting edges on the granite, not sure how comfy that would be to lean up against, as one tends to do sometimes. I like this place a lot but I think for me a smaller bathroom and larger lounging area would be preferable.

      Yes it’s certainly different!

I was wondering, how they prevent their tiny house from swaying sideways from the upper position on the cement blocks….??

I would change that L-shape sofa sectional. I don’t believe there’s any way to lay on it comfortably to watch TV. And that long extra step up seems like wasted space. I would fill that in with a wider cushion so that it could double as a single bed, and put drawers under it instead of a folding up the bench. It’s a relatively easy fix without changing any of the other footprint.

Wow! I can’t believe all the storage this tiny home has to offer. I love both videos the couple showed on this home! They were very extensive in explains everything this home had to offer! Really love the place! I’m keeping this on my list! Thanks for sharing it!?

Far too heavy for an 18 foot trailer, you’ll spend another 59k on a truck to pull it.
