I like it! Very pretty, and I like the floor design. There’s quite a bit of living space, too. Nice job!

Looks like a good design for people who don’t want a loft. I like the diagonal floor boards, though over all there might be a tad too much wood. But I could enjoy living here!

I like the simple design as THs are too small to get fancy with multiple roof angles, etc. Far better make it flat and use it as a deck.
On THs that are going to stay in 1 place for more than a couple yrs the deck should be enclosed and 10′ wide as a Florida room as we call them.
In the old days 50% of 1960 Florida homes were trailers used for cooking, sleeping and bath but the living was done in the added on Florida room.
Later they expanded homes around these trailers. There is 1 around the corner and use to be 3 in my 2 block 2 street neighborhood.
They are best because the house detracts from the land value so they can be bought cheap, torn 50% down, repaired then tear the other 50% down and repair or whatever % your area allows doing your own without permits.
In my county you can build 150sq’ ‘sheds’ without a permit.
And ‘repair’ a mobile home the same way is even easier.

I did not expect to like this as I’m not a fan of loftless tiny houses but this one floored me😃. I love it! It’s bright and beautiful and those floors are to die for. And the shower has me itching to take my clothes off and jump right in. The only thing I had any doubt about was the kitchen faucet. It’s the same one I grew up with (yes I mean one like it) and I always wanted a sprayer. Other than that it is perfection in my book.

A decent size, great floor plan and wonderful window wall. My only change would be white wash some of the wood finishes. Great house and reasonable price. Well done.

Perfect. Windows and a bedroom on the 1st floor. Also looks like there’s a lot of storage. wish I was in the market for a tiny house, but, alas, the timing is off. Sad.

Love this home! I could definitely live there! Alas, too far away to be able to justify moving it to my property.
