Roost20 Tiny Farmhouse in North Carolina

The Roost20 Vacation tiny house sits on The Tiny House Farm, the scenic headquarters of Perch & Nest, a North Carolina tiny house builder. The beautiful board and batten home sleeps three comfortably and offers lovely farm views.

The tiny house interior is a nice blend of Southwestern and Farmhouse elements, with tons of tall windows (with shades) to allow in as much natural light as you’d like. There’s a small bathroom with a colorful shower, beautiful speckled countertops, and a galley kitchen. What do you think?

Board and Batten Tiny House with Farm Views

There are a number of other Airbnbs on the Farm

There are lots of tall windows to allow natural light.

A mini split provides heating and cooling.

This looks like such a cozy spot to hang out.

A fold-up table and chairs for mealtime.

I like that there are blinds for all the windows.

Awesome tile in the shower.

A flush toilet and a cabinet are built-in.

Those countertops are gorgeous!

I’m mesmerized by the speckles!

Up in the loft bedroom.

The sheets and bedding look lush.

A nice aerial shot of the views!

Really nice home. Lovely decorating. I love all the white with wood tones and subtle colors added here and there. Wonderful views. . .

Curious how they supported the floating treads on stairs? It appears one tread is truly a “floater”
    Love how they look.
    Great job on enire unit.
    Would appreciate a response.
    Cheers!

It’s anchored to the wall and everything but the treads is metal…

Nice. Is the flooring vinyl? Because this house is on a trailer, do you install Simpson ties is the corners of the windows and doors?
    Thanks,

I wonder what the price of this house would be. I love it.

It would cost more now, with the present economy, than it did when they originally built it, but you can go to the Perch & Nest website and request a quote to see what it would cost now…
