This is the 2020 Roost12 from Perch & Nest. It’s a 1973 camper that has been refurbished into a modernized 12-ft. tiny house RV.

The original floor plan is still in play with the dinette that turns into a twin sofa bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with a dry flush toilet. The renovation includes IKEA cabinets, rooftop AC unit, custom-made pole & rope awning, refurbished vintage LP range, and more. What do you think? Have you ever considered a vintage trailer?

now your’re talking. one person, maybe two… my little ship stove would hang on the wall and wait to be fed small wood. Once again, not apologizing for being a trailer… or true tiny, how this movement got started.
Tow without stabilizer bars or heavy-duty hitch and 3/4 ton towing vehicle, the path chosen by ‘Wandering Black Wolf’ couple from last December, 2020 article. Go anywhere and still have a home. Thank-you Tiny!

Before covid there were so many little trailers for sale for a decent price. Now people want 10K for a run down thing with no appliances. I hope to get one someday!

Prices change as supply and demand changes, but keep in my mind some vintage models may be considered collectable and thus call for a more premium pricing, especially if still in mint condition and most, if not all, original parts… But markets change over time and not everyone follows the market enough to ask for best price and you’ll occasionally find a better deal or just timing when market calls for lower pricing …
