Very quaint. It really looks like your in a little England town. The writing desk by the window nails it. What I don’t understand is they put that it has a 3/4 bathroom but it doesn’t seem to be missing anything from what I saw?

It just means there’s a shower but no tub.

“Three-quarter bath” is sometimes used for a bathroom with a shower but no tub.

Not sure, but could it be because there’s only a tiny shower, no tub?
I would extend the shower to the wall where that little cabinet is. Many people have to use a seat of some sort in the shower…
Or maybe install a walk-in tub instead.
    But that’s me.

Yes traditionally, a 3/4 bath has no tub.

Yes, traditionally, a full bath consists of a bathtub, sink and toilet while a three-quarters bath consists of a sink, toilet and shower.

However, some individuals in the real estate industry do confuse the two as the full bath may or may not be referring to the master bathroom and can be a distinction between that one and any secondary bathrooms even if they otherwise qualify as a full bath but are just smaller than the master bath…

      It’s a great little spot!

And here was me thinking a 3/4 bath was a shortened tub, as in have to sit UP in it and not able to lean back. You learn something new every day.

I could definitely be wrong, but when we were house-shopping that’s what I found it to mean (no tub).

You are most definitely correct. I googled it and that is what it means, a bathroom without a tub but with a shower. How darned uncivilised. pffffttt!

    Eric,
    Lol
To each his own. Myself, if I get into a tub sitting down, I have to stay there. My elderly bones, you know.
Also, I don’t like marinating in my own…juices.
