I love the exterior of this one! BUT it’s the same as all the others on the inside with that long kitchen all on one side. I really don’t like walking right into a kitchen. I do like how they added what looked a downstaris bedroom in the back, that was cool. You would think though that they would help to get the price down by letting you use reclaimed materials. It’s better all around to recycle instead of buying everything new. It’s too expensive to DIY and way too much for them to do it. $20,000 tops would be reasonable.

I like the fact that there is a bedroom on the main floor with storage underneath the bed-board. The double loft is handy for either a bedroom or storage area. Everything looks good, but what is that box across from the kitchen counter? A forethought would be some space for a small living area, otherwise I like the overall look.

Why does it looks different than the alta 20 floorplan?

Not feeling the warmth over this model, or maybe it just needs to be staged like brick and mortar homes are when newly built.

Bathroom/or shower/toilet? What gives? Certainly this is important…

OK- Finally saw the door opening to “bath”–why isn’t it mentioned in the “specs”?

Instead of a separate shower, why not make it a wet room that also happens to have a toilet?

I wish some company would offer a “shell”, in a variety of sizes, with plumbing stubs in a variety of places, so that we can buy the basics and finish it to our own liking. Personally, I’d put a 20-foot model on my own property, and I’d like to choose where the doors and windows and lofts and staircases and deck and bath and kitchens go, just like when I ordered a custom-built shed. Why is that so hard to find?
I think $70k is way too much, but I would plunk down $30,000 in a second if I could find this. Mainly, I want good plumbing, a roof that doesn’t leak and a well-sealed (for heating and cooling) tiny home.
I can add all the finishing touches.

I’m sure I’m not alone in feeling this way. But like everything else, the price of these have already climbed ridiculously high!
