I love this house and am impressed by the stairs and not some flimsy latter. What about a washer and dryer? Is there room for them? Also could the kitchen be modified to include a dishwasher? I love the woodsy look inside and the layout it not too cramped.

It’s a Park Model RV, they’re pretty much always around 400 Sq Ft (not counting the loft). So plenty of space and it’s standard that they offer residential appliances.

This model is just located at a resort and thus configured for that use….

This is perfect. I could be quite interested in building this.

Park Model RV’s are factory built and RVIA do not support DIY builders… You can certainly order one from the manufacturer or find a model you like at a PMRV dealership that carries them…

But they’re not intended to be moved very far. So if further than 50 miles or so you’ll have to see which manufacturer is closest to you…

Hello Cathy. If you’d like more information about getting a cabin like this built please go the the richsportablecabins.com website and contact me through that or email me direct to [email protected]. We move these home up to 1000 miles from North Powder Oregon where they are built.
