Richard & Cassie’s 30×8 ft Teal Tiny Home

This post contains affiliate links.

This couple has dreams of buying land and living as farmers someday, but to make that dream a reality they needed to find a way to simplify and save! So they decided to go tiny. Richard is a carpenter by trade, which served them well. He enjoyed the build so much, he opened his own tiny house building business, Lionheart Homes.

They didn’t want to sacrifice on bathroom space, so they made room for a 5-foot shower tiled with gorgeous teal tiles. It’s clearly a favorite color, since they also have teal cushions, cabinets, and exterior siding. So fun! Tell us what you think in the comments.

One of the most gorgeous and practical tiny homes I’ve seen, which is saying a lot, since I have been studying tiny homes for several years by now! Of course, the fact that you have chosen my favorite color might have a little to do with how much I love your home! Congrats on a job well done!

The walnut stair treads, countertops, etc. are beautiful. The whole place looks really nicely made. Large, luxurious, great design. I could live here!

Every detail was so beautifully and meticulously thought out. One of the Top 3 Tiny Homes that I have ever seen.

In love with the living room bookcases, fireplace, and both dog condos! Spacious and bright with beautiful colors and finishes. So much storage too!

They can be hired to build one, so you can have it tailored to your preferences… Though, mind how much it will cost to do it now… They lucked out with having easy access to high quality materials, but purchasing those materials, especially now, can be very expensive… But the design can be altered to compensate, it’ll just look different with different material choices, etc.
