    IMHO, helpful advice .. it is one thing for someone with a good pension to go “mobile” and try to live as a handyperson.

    Very different, for younger persons. That is the time when one builds Social Security credits. Fail to make those payments — it will be very difficult, at retirement. My $0.02.

    Also, interior is one issue. Keeping the vehicle engine running properly, that’s expensive. That very rarely gets mention, in these “mobile” stories. Facts matter. Really. Not kidding.

      You are speaking serious truth. I’ve often wondered about how often and how much vehicle maintenance costs, especially for people who choose to convert older vehicles.
