The Pecan Tiny House on Wheels For Sale

This post contains affiliate links.

This is the “Pecan” tiny house trailer created by the Perch and Nest staff.

Outside, you’ll notice a compact 7.2 x 20 foot frame decorated with a beautiful metal roof and cedar shake siding. The cream trim provides a lovely contrast to the dark wood. It features tempered awning windows and close cell insulation to keep you warm during cool nights, and depending on your preferences, you can add heating and cooling.

Step inside and savor the clean, bright color scheme, with white horizontal pine plank walls and dark laminate wood flooring. A turquoise door adds a pop of color and leads you in and out of this adorable tiny space. It comes complete with two lofts – one for a queen bed and another for storage – which you can access with a removable handcrafted cedar ladder. The cozy couch nook lifts up for additional storage. In the kitchen, you’ll find a butcher block counter, mini refrigerator, and an induction cook top. A stool provides extra seating. The bathroom includes your choice of either a composting or dry flush toilet and a tankless electric water heater.

Hmm… I thought for sure that looking at the Perch and Nest “learn more” would yield the price information. Without that, it is hard to say anything about if this is a good value or not.

I love the clean and serene vibe of this little house. Does the ladder attach to the loft? Would like to see a safety railing at the edge of the loft. Nice job!

I love it! I would make a change, however. I would take out the counter back past the tiny fridge and put in a stove and tall fridge, both still small I would put a pull-down or slide-out table to use at the windowseat for working and eating.

This tiny house is really very petty and well done. The price seems reasonable, too. I am so tempted…

There are at least a half dozen requests for the price and the builder answered every time.

Lovely home with those colors. Stairs and no loft look to see it build would be very nice to look or see. Sure wish I could afford one now. But have to wait longer. Show me whenever you build one with no loft and with stairs for someone who would love to have you build them one.

But if there’s no loft, where are the stairs going? Hehehe.

        April 18, 2016, 6:03 pm

I meant a home build with stairs instead of a ladder and or a home with no loft style.

Would have love to seen in the kitchen a RV oven with burners. Also an Rv low flush toilet in bathroom. It would be nice to see this built longer and alittle wider. 8.5 x 28. This way you could put in stairs for the loft. Beautiful job Guys.

exactly what i was thinking, width especially!

  • Maria

I would also move the window in the bathroom and put it on wall behind toilet. This way you could put in small sink and mirror above. Just my thoughts. Like I said in my other post by making it wider and longer you could make these changes.

I like it. Especially the utility closet. Not down with the ladder and would be willing to sacrifice a window to put in a storage staircase. I’m a fan of transom windows placed toward the top of any given wall; they give light but save wall space for furniture, pictures, or utilities (Dickenson or stairs). On whole, though, very nice.
