Do you remember when we showed you Kenya’s first tiny house? Well, it’s for sale now! Carefully designed to traverse Kenya’s roads, this tiny home has some great features like two stand-up loft bedrooms and fold-down benches that become additional beds. David has been living in it off and on for three years as he’s traveled between Kenya and France.

Now that he’s moving to France more permanently, he’s looking for someone to purchase his one-of-a-kind creation. Below, he carefully describes the many features he added to the tiny house! He’s asking €40,000 (~$43,000 USD) and you can get in touch with him via email.

Tiny cabins make excellent romantic getaways, and this one on Saint John River is no exception. Add in a sauna and two hammock swings under the porch, and you have the perfect getaway!

This unique design has a loft bedroom suspended above the main living area, with balconies on either end and two massive skylights that give you starry sky views at night. We don’t see as many pine-clad tiny homes as we once did, so a throwback like this is always welcome. THOWs like this give off a lovely cabin vibe! This one is single level, with a multipurpose living room and bedroom. And there’s no loft in sight.

A small kitchen area has a two-burner cooktop and a microwave, and you can plug in a refrigerator. A small counter under the window would give you some seating for mealtimes, and there’s a small bathroom in the back of the house. You can purchase this house, built by Trinity Tiny Homes NC, for $55,000.
