I really like this sleek tiny house. It’s very pretty and practical, and I love the curved ceiling inside. Adds much to the spacial feeling. It has all the amenities one needs. Great tiny house!

Very nice! I would get a full size refrigerator but otherwise it is perfect. Did I see a water view outside the desk window?

I don’t but I’m sure if you contact Tiny SMART Homes they have that information.

Hi Anna – yes, we do know how much the rent is, and am happy to share. Please send me an email and I’ll let you know. The owner says this is a wonderful community, and it’s not easy to get a space there. Thanks, Stacey

Wow! I am probably a 1/2hr ride from Isleton in Fairfield CA. This is a cute little house. I was pretty excited, but as i studied it, it appears to lack clothing storage, which is a big deal if you are A) paying top dollar for a used THOW, whose water pipes are up on cinder blocks, and B) a 24” footer with no loft for company or storage and an under-counter fridge.; it seems like better use could have been made of 24’. Maybe the footage is all in the bathroom? It lacks a lot for full-time living….but if you want part time or weekend use, read on. To answer others’ question about seeing water in one of the pictures, the park actually might be on the Sacramento River (look Isleton up on Wikipedia) and if it has a private dock and boat slips, it could have very high lot rent. The River is an extremely popular place for summer use, speed boats, skiers etc, on pretty much its entire length in Sacramento County.

Hi Kathy – there is a full closet for clothes at the front (next to the front door). The curve of the roof allowed for storage above the kitchen, which was more than what Laurie needs for storage. Check out her video https://youtu.be/LV20_asZ878 (while it’s listed on this site, she’d prefer she’d rather have her builder re-sell her home or connect her to you!)
      Thanks, Stacey

Thank you Stacey. I am sorry I missed the closet…. I might go have a look see at the park itself this holiday weekend and if it’s open to a non-member car to drive thru, I would love a drive by of the house itself.

Is that a closet by the front door? I see a curtain.

    • May 22, 2020, 1:13 pm

Yes! Laurie says she had ample storage (though she did have to learn how to pare down her belongings to live tiny!)

    Hi Stacey,
How much is the monthly rent for the space? It should be included in the specification so people can decide if they will buy or not. Space rental is a factor for one’s decision to buy or not.
Where is the complete address of this place.. I might check it out. It is close to where I live and I have been thinking of buying a tiny house.
