The Overnighter is Nordic & Spruce’s mid-sized tiny house, clocking in at 18 feet long. It has no lofts, just expansive ceilings, and beautiful minimalism. There’s a bed that doubles as the couch area, a bench for one that could you butt a table up to, and an open-concept soaking tub!
The kitchenette has a hot plate and a sink, and you could put a mini fridge under the countertop. Behind a partition, you’ll find a toilet. This would be a perfect spot to host overnight guests, or even to put on Airbnb. Its price tag starts at $55,000, and they are made-to-order.

Description:
This model is built on a trailer, making it easy for you to purchase and take home with you. Much like the popular weekender model but more compact. The design is minimalistic and light colored with a whitewashed nordic interior. We pay a lot of attention to trim detail, textures, and placement. The dimensions are 8’ 6” wide x 18’ long x 13’ 6” tall. The Overnighter model is “for order only, “ with normal lead time at 6-10 weeks. This model comes with everything the weekender has except the loft. Optional add on, soaking tub. (pictured) ( Not all the photos depict the accurate floorpan for this model)

A ‘kitchenette’ is generally thought of as a tiny kitchen.
A ‘micro kitchenette’ sounds like a spoon, a mug, and a couple-three matches…
I’ve been watching videos of tiny apartments in Japan, and this kitchenette would seem large compared to some I saw.
To answer the question, “Could you live here full time?,” I’d say yes, if I really had to, but it’s much better suited for a brief stay. Even then, where would one put one’s clothing? I don’t even see any hooks, nor a towel bar. But the interior is very pleasant, and the windows are great, if you put the house where you have a good view.
I like the minimalist style and the lack of a loft which isn’t for older guys and the FL climate.
However, I see options for improvement by adding a lift up to the ceiling bed, expand the kitchenette a bit and create a decent living and dining area under.
