This Old-Fashioned 1957 Spartan Imperial Wants You to Give it New Life!

Ok I know it doesn’t look like much right now, but this vintage 1957 Spartan Imperial Mansion has so much potential! And at only $20,000, you have a decent amount of wiggle room to make it really shine once again.

The trailer is 43ft x 10ft., making it especially spacious, and it features the original wood paneling. Right now it has a composting toilet, but you can always put the original RV toilet back in.

There’s plenty of room and it’s all one floor, meaning no loft-climbing once the rehab is done! It’s for sale on Tiny House Marketplace in Bellingham, Washington.

I currently have a 42′ , 2000 – park model with 2 large slide outs, comes to about 400 sq ft – very livable. Is this all original mechanicals? Does it have to be moved? Love the look of the exterior and interior could be a fun project

There nothing like owning a piece of history. This Spartan seems to have been well kept and could easily be turned into a bright spacious home. The first thing I would do is remove the dividing wall between the kitchen and the living space, and expand the bathroom while adding some vintage 1950s fixtures. I think it could be a really pretty place that joins past its past history with the present.

If I had a place to put it, I would buy it today and start remodeling. Great bones; great size!
