Plenty of built-in closet/cabinets for storage. Original wood paneling interior. Some work needed on the wood paneling in the living room area. I currently have a 42′ , 2000 – park model with 2 large slide outs, comes to about 400 sq ft – very livable. Is this all original mechanicals? Does it have to be moved? Love the look of the exterior and interior could be a fun project
There nothing like owning a piece of history. This Spartan seems to have been well kept and could easily be turned into a bright spacious home. The first thing I would do is remove the dividing wall between the kitchen and the living space, and expand the bathroom while adding some vintage 1950s fixtures. I think it could be a really pretty place that joins past its past history with the present.
I would LOVE to see what else you would do to it 😀
If I had a place to put it, I would buy it today and start remodeling. Great bones; great size!
