This is an 18-foot NW Mountaineer Tiny House by Tiny Smart House that was built with reclaimed materials. It features interior walls that are built from recycled hardwood that was once part of the former Oregon governor’s mansion.

It’s available from 16′ to 44′ lengths and in 8.5′, 10′, and 12′ widths. So price varies depending on all of those options. It starts at $49,225 finished and $24,225 as a shell. Things To Notice in this Tiny House…

  • Aerodynamic wedge roof (improved towing and extra space in the loft)
  • Deluxe bathroom with Jacuzzi-style bathtub and wrap-around windows
  • This is an 18-foot build and many reclaimed materials were used
  • The trailer came from an old RV trailer and it was rehabbed and upgraded to handle the extra weight
  • The bathroom and kitchen windows were salvaged from a commercial building
  • The inside walls are reclaimed redwood from a former Oregon governor’s mansion

    I would rather have an easy access queen size bed, than a bathtub. Do not like climbing ladders to get to bed.

      that is what is wonderful about these tiny/small homes. every one can be for the individual. this owner wanted the spa tub, you want a main floor bed. other may want a pool table. Its a lovely home!

    I can’t figure out where those double doors are?

      They used the wrong photo of the exterior, this one has a single door at the far end, under the loft, and wrap around windows where the bathroom is… They’ve done of a few of these but each was configured differently…

      Whoops! The top photo is actually of another build. I should probably change that! But, you can see the actual one right here in this PDF/brochure: https://www.tinysmarthouse.com/wp-content/uploads/nw_mountaineer-2.pdf

      It’s smaller, the aerodynamics are correct, and it has a rear entry instead of a side-entry.
